By accessing or using wheelbrix.com, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website.

1. About Wheel Brix

Wheel Brix is a brand operated by Zeno Link Global LLP that sells building-block products and building kits primarily designed for creative play, construction and learning.

Our products are intended for users aged 4 years and above, subject to the age recommendation, warnings and instructions provided with individual products.

2. Website Use

You agree to use wheelbrix.com only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• Misuse or attempt to interfere with the website.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or customer information.
• Use the website for fraudulent transactions.
• Copy, reproduce or commercially exploit Wheel Brix content, designs, branding or other intellectual property without permission.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where misuse or fraudulent activity is reasonably suspected.

3. Age & Parental Responsibility

Wheel Brix products may be designed for children aged 4 years and above; however, purchases through our website should be made by adults aged 18 years or older or under the supervision and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

Parents and guardians are responsible for selecting age-appropriate products and ensuring that children follow the safety instructions and age recommendations supplied with the product.

Some building sets may contain small parts. Customers should review all product-specific warnings before allowing a child to use a product.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, actual product colours, packaging or minor design details may vary from images displayed due to manufacturing updates, screen settings or other reasonable variations.

Product availability is subject to stock.

5. Pricing

All product prices will be displayed on wheelbrix.com.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges or other charges, where relevant, will be shown during checkout before payment.

We reserve the right to change product prices and offers at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already successfully placed and paid for, except where required to correct an obvious pricing or technical error.

6. Orders

An order is considered successfully placed after payment is completed and the order is accepted by Wheel Brix.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject an order in cases including:

• Product unavailability.
• Incorrect pricing or product information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Payment verification issues.
• Delivery restrictions.
• Technical or operational errors.

If we cancel a prepaid order, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Payments

Wheel Brix currently accepts prepaid online payments only.

Payments are processed through Razorpay and the payment methods made available through its checkout system.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not currently available.

Wheel Brix does not directly store complete card information, UPI credentials or banking credentials used to process payments through the payment gateway.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Wheel Brix currently delivers within India only.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines may be displayed on the website or communicated after an order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, remote locations or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

9. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order is shipped.

Where cancellation is accepted, any shipping, payment processing or other non-recoverable expenses already incurred in relation to the order may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law and clearly communicated to the customer.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable Return & Refund Policy will apply.

10. Returns & Refunds

Eligible return requests must generally be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Products that have been opened, assembled, used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned with missing components, accessories or original packaging are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Different conditions apply where a customer receives a damaged, defective or incorrect product.

11. Intellectual Property

The Wheel Brix name, logo, website content, product photographs, graphics, illustrations, promotional materials and other original brand assets are owned by or licensed to Zeno Link Global LLP unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.

12. Product Safety

Customers should follow the instructions, safety information and age recommendations provided with each product.

Parents or guardians should supervise children where appropriate, particularly when products contain small components.

Wheel Brix and Zeno Link Global LLP will not be responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, modification, inappropriate use, or failure to follow supplied safety instructions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

13. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services for payment processing, shipping, analytics, advertising and other operational functions.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zeno Link Global LLP will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse of the website or products.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability or consumer rights where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and any mandatory jurisdictional rights available to consumers, disputes relating to these Terms or transactions with Wheel Brix will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malappuram, Kerala, India.
